「Great hotel for the family. Historic building but with modern rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. You are steps away from everything Old Quebec has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.」

「I searched for a place with a hot tub and this listing came up. It turns out, the hot tub is private to only one of the rooms, not the one we chose. I feel very misled by the listing and would have chosen a different area of the city with a more reasonable price point if I had known. As it was, it was in a little bit of rough area and the unit was fine, but not worth the price we paid without the hot tub.」
