Expérience décevante
Les photos des appartements ne reflètent pas la réalité. Les appartements pour 4 personnes sont très mal agencés et très peu accueillants. L’hôtel est construit sur une pente abrupte donc beaucoup de marches extérieures et intérieures dans les appartements, une horreur après le ski! Parking en pente également, attention aux coups de portières… Aucune possibilité d’annulation anticipée avec la gérance. Endroit plutôt triste et vétuste. Choix ultime quand aucune autre option d’hébergement disponible.

Bon séjour avec des petits détails à revoir.
Globalement un séjour agréable que nous avons apprécié.
Accueil à partir de 17h, impossible avant. A la réception, on ne nous a pas trop expliqué le fonctionnement du vvf mais nous n y restions que 3 nuits.
On a eu la possibilité de commander du pain et des viennoiseries, pratique et bon.
L appart est spacieux, propre et pratique. Niveau cuisine, il faut penser à l éponge, le produit vaisselle et tout le nécessaire.
Il n y a pas de WiFi dans l appart. Il faut aller à l accueil, en 2020, c est vraiment dépassé.
L isolation entre les appart est très légère, on entend les voisins parler...
Les endroits pour se garer sont peu pratiques.
Pour le départ, il faut mettre draps et serviettes dans un sac et les déposer à la lingerie.

Peu de monde dans le village vacances donc aux petits soins avec nous. Appartement propre bien agencé bien équipé . Bien situé pour les randonnées et bains thermaux. Très belle vue.

Lors de ma réservation en ligne j ai vu que je pouvais régler mon séjour en chèque vacances en contactant l établissement. Impossible de joindre c’est derniers (car pas encore ouvert dans la saison) et suite à mon appel dans vos services / impossible de changer le mode de paiement mon compte était bien entendu déjà débité... dommage surtout pour moi. TV hors service ou fonctionnait très mal. Par contre personnel au top faisant le maximum...
