Appartement qui pourrait ĂȘtre une pĂ©pite. Seulement beaucoup de choses Ă  rafraĂźchir, Ă©galement manque de petites installations de base. (Porte serviette cassĂ©e posĂ©e au sol dans cabinet de toilette, porte de douche HS dans SDB,Ă©vacuation bouchĂ©e , miroir de la porte d’entrĂ©e dĂ©poser dans le placard

GerĂ€umig, gut ausgestattet, direkt gegenĂŒber vom Strand. Mit geputzten Fenstern wĂ€re der Blick zum Meer besser. Ruhige Wohngegend, trotzdem zentral gelegen. BĂ€ckerei und GeschĂ€fte sowie die Innenstadt von Saint Malo sind gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte, mehrspachiges Personal von Interhome im BĂŒro in der Innenstadt.

Von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Einen Punkt Abzug wegen einiger Kleinigkeiten: KĂŒhlschranktĂŒr schließt schlecht und der Griff wird vermutlich bald abreißen, Befestigung des Duschkopfs ist defekt, Abfluss funktioniert nicht einwandfrei,... dennoch haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Bonjour,Madame Monsieur, Horrible cette location pourtant bien situĂ©e et et propre car les toilettes Ne fonctionnaient pas la chasse d eau Ă©tait cassĂ©e. Le responsable est intervenu et cela a fonctionnĂ© 10 secondes ensuite Pour remplissions des seaux d eaux pour Ă©liminer urines et autres dĂ©chets C est totalement inadmissible et scandaleux !!!!!!!! De plus le chauffage de la salle de bains ne fonctionne pas Le frigo de la cuisine meme a 1 congelĂ© tout ce qui est a l’ intĂ©rieur

Douche indigne d'une telle location (évacuation et pomme de douche), stores en majorité cassé, menage a revoir dans sa globalité (vitre trÚs sales et poussiÚre un peu partout). Four et grille pain impropre à l'utilisation, Etc.

TrĂšs belle vue sur la mer voire exceptionnelle, Appartement rustique qui mĂ©riterait une bonne rĂ©novation moderne pour s’harmoniser avec cette vue sur la mer
 Il manque toutefois certaines choses essentielles, Ă©vacuation de la douche par exemple qui est bien difficile ou encore plus basique une pelle pour ramasser les dĂ©chets lorsque l’on passe un coup de balai dans l’appartement

MalgrĂ© une situation idĂ©ale et une belle vue sur mer, notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© entachĂ© par une Ă©vacuation de douche dĂ©fectueuse : arrĂȘt de l'eau toutes les trois minutes afin d'Ă©viter un dĂ©gĂąt des eaux. Situation signalĂ©e Ă  l'agence le 31 au matin : passage d'une personne qui a versĂ© un produit dans le siphon : aucun effet. Nous avons passĂ© tout notre sĂ©jour dans ces conditions !!! Les carreaux de l'ensemble de l'appartement sont sales, nous empĂȘchant de profiter pleinement de la vue sur mer.

Bonne situation mais appartement un peu "vieux" avec porte douche déboitée, placards qui ne donnent pas envie de mettre son linge et carreaux trÚs sales !! On a payé pour un accÚs internet mais la connexion était trÚs mauvaise.

TrÚs bel appartement avec une vue superbe sur la mer. A part quelques détails à améliorer l'appartement est trÚs agréable. La porte d'entrée qu'on pourrait enfoncer d'un seul coup de pied ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité pour les affaires qu'on laisse à l'intérieur.. La salle de bain est mal éclairée.. La chasse d'eau des toilettes pas adaptée pour une famille.. à réparer. Des ustensiles pour les fruits de mer (pince à crustacés, curettes etc) ça serait sympa en bord de mer..

Pour la 3Ăšme fois, avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ce vaste appartement « les pieds dans l’eau » et sa vue panoramique sur la mer et la plage. Quelques rĂ©serves concernant la propretĂ© du logement ... Nous avons trouvĂ© : - des poussiĂšres sous les lits Nous avons regrettĂ© : - les carreaux ( des fenĂȘtres et balcons ) maculĂ©s de poussiĂšres et de dĂ©jections de mouettes. alors qu’un forfait mĂ©nage de 20€/pers se devrait de garantir la propretĂ© absolue .
