Amazing views

This place is in the heart of St. Malo and has views in almost every direction. Very clean and well kept. Garage is a major plus in a place where parking is scarce. Walking distance to almost anything. Only complaint is it is across from Hotel that has deliveries in very early morning and theater that lets out loud crowds in late evening. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Excellent location. Newly furnished.

We enjoyed our three nights stay. The location is unbeatable in Saint Malo "intramuros". Some minor inconveniences regarding previous guests not cleaning well the pots and pans, that is easily made up by the rest of the apartment. Bring your own napkins or paper towels and a soap if you want one- France closes on Sundays.

Le Cap à l 'Ouest Très bon accueil par Audrey, de l'agence Cocoonr. Logement confortable et correspondant au descriptif. Toutefois, le ménage à l'arrivée (poussières, vitres, miettes, literie) était plus que superficiel et la panne de chauffage n'avait pas été vérifiée. L'équipe a été réactive pour palier rapidement à ces désagréments. Vue sur mer très agréable de la cuisine, literie confortable, voisinage de l'immeuble respectueux et discret. A noter qu'en week-end, il y a un peu de bruit les soirs/nuits dans les rues à proximité. Le garage fermé constitue un vrai dans la ville intra-muros.

Une vue magnifique à en couper le souffle, appartement reposant, calme. Merci à cette délicate attention des quelques dosettes de café ainsi que les sachets de thé qui ont été fort appréciés Attention toutefois au futur locataire, escalier étroit lié à la configuration des lieux , ne prenez pas des valises trop larges"
