Fantastic spacious apartments - just no air con!

Excellent setting - stunning views all around the apartments! Lovely big spacious 2 bedroom apartment - only downside was no air con during a heatwave! Had to ask to borrow 2 fans which didn’t really do much. Couldn’t leave the windows opened as we tried one night and got bitten to death by mosquitos!! Was unbearably hot but understand the apartments were built for the snow season! Otherwise, excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting.

Animatrices au top 10 Chambres pas tres propres non conforme au descriptif Restauration a éviter il faut manger de 7h30 a 20h30. On est arrivé a 20h plus de choix au buffet et pratiquement vide. Convient aux personnes qui veulent du calme er mangent tôt Pas top pour passer des vacances Trop strict Impossible de faire mini golf le soir .. le parc ne possède aucune lumière.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement tout confort. Appartement spacieux, propre et rénové avec soins. Les équipements étaient neufs (tv, micro ondes, poêle, chauffe eau,…). L’environnement est calme et agréable avec espaces de jeux pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. Personnel très agréable. Proche du centre ville (5mn à pieds).

Séjour sportif en famille

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement après un premier l'année dernière à la même période. Points positifs du logement : - spacieux - propre Points négatifs / à améliorer : - douche (spéciale handicapé, non mentionné lors de la réservation) - cuisine vieillotte et à refaire (plaques de cuisson vitro céramique, ustensiles, taille) - vaisselle salle - pas de climatisation (OK pour ce séjour car la température extérieure était fraiche, mais dès que ça monte cela devient insupportable dans le logement (expérience de l'année dernière)) - réseau d'eau à revoir : difficile d'avoir de l'eau froide dans la salle de bain - poubelle dans la salle de bain non vidée lors de notre arrivée

Logement pas top

Nous avions un appartement pour handicapés. Dans la douche il y avait un gros bloc servant de siège qui prenait beaucoup de place. Les rideaux de douche ne sont pas hygiéniques. Bruit de machines à laver la nuit. Le canapé très dur. De plus pas de WiFi dans la chambre alors que mentionnée sur la réservation mais aucune chambre n a le wifi.

La ubicacion era buena así como la limpieza y el estado general de los apartamentos. Hubo un par de cosas que no me gustó:En la información del hotel dice que en recepción están hasta las 20.00.Nosotros llegamos a las 19.00.Teniamos reservado un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y nos dieros con uno con 2 y con la placa electrica de la cocina que no funcionaba.Volvimos a recepción pocos minutos antes de las 19.30 y ya sehabían ido. Hasta el dia siguiente el tema de la habitación no se solucionó, y el tema de la cocina , nos dejaron una placa portatil que calentaba muy poco... Como la reserva del apartamento era de 3 habitaciones y la primera noche sólo dispusimos de 2 solicité el abono corresponciente a esa habitación...... y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada.Entonces solicité el libro de reclamaciones y me dijeron que no tenían, que si quería decirles algo que les escribiera un correo electrónico....Creo que esto no es de recibo ni de gente profesional. Por otro lado, en las fotos del complejo sale un yacuzi o piscina climatizada por lo tanto dando a entender que pertenece al complejo y esto no es así, ya que es una foto de las thermas del pueblo. Tengo que decir que además 3 dias antes de ir les escribí un email para ver si teniamos que llevar sábanas y toallas y no respondieron.

Grand bol d'air en famille avec amis. Accueil d'une gentillesse et dun niveau de service exceptionnel :pret de raquette de tennis, ballons, poussettes gratuits.
