Cheap and cheerful hotel but ideal as a stop-over on our way to Dieppe. Staff in particular were absolutely outstanding. So friendly and helpful.

I stayed for one night and was impressed by the excellent customer service and helpful staff. However, the room had an odd smell, and the bathroom was quite dated. Overall, great service but the facilities could use an upgrade.

Het hotel heeft een matige kwaliteit, het personeel is vriendelijk, maar geen enkele service tijdens het ontbijt. Zoek het maar uit. Schraal ontbijt. De kamer was outdated en verstikkend warm. Openen van het raam was geen optie want iedereen kan binnenkomen. Het hotel is op een industrieterrein

Pas de restaurant le week end en période estivale. Le bar est ouvert jusque 19h30 et aprés plus de service. Rien est stipulé dans ce sens. Le claquement des portes des chambres est insupportable. Les gens ne respectent pas le fait qu'aprés 22 heures, il faut faire silence ou du moins ne pas parler fort comme en journée et ça à 4h30 du matin. Mettez une affiche pour que les gens respectent un minimum les autres. C'est plus un motel qu'un hotel. Les gens arrivent à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit. Ma fille de 6 ans a été reveillée en pleine nuit alors qu'elle a le sommeil lourd. Si vous voulez dormir dans le calme ou profiter d'un apéritif ou du restaurant le week end, ce n'est pas à l'hotell NELL que vous devez aller.

I really enjoyed our two-night stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned regularly. There is a large shopping mall nearby where we could purchase everything we needed. Bus stops are within walking distance, and the nearest train station is about a 40-minute walk. The hotel also has a lovely backyard, which we used to relax in the morning and evening.

Cet hotel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles : prestations très moyennes et sans charme. Pas de stores ou volets exterieurs, juste un rideau occultant. Un rideau de douche, je ne pensais pas trouver cela surtout dans un 3 etoiles. Je suis déçue et le prix de la chambre non justifié : beaucoup trop trop chère. Je ne recommande pas

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il y a un restaurant. J'ai appelé pour réserver une table mais on m'a dit que je devais absolument arriver avant 20h45, ce qui n'était pas possible. Mais une fois arrivée après avoir dîné à l'extérieur, à 21h20, on me dit que le service était jusqu'à 21h30...

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Nell. Accueil sympathique et rapide. Tout le personnel est agréable. Rez de chaussée comme demandé à la réservation en ligne. La chambre a été refaite, c'est joli et suffisamment confortable. La salle de bain est de taille suffisante, la douche bien chaude et de bon débit. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni, le pain est excellent et de plusieurs sortes. Gros avantage d'avoir un restaurant sur place, qui plus est, très bon. Le wifi fonctionne bien. La TV aussi. Le jardin est agréable, c'est sympa de pouvoir s'y poser après une journée de travail, chaises, tables ou transat au choix, avec un verre ou non. Possibilité de faire une pétanque, un billard, des jeux de société. Bus au bout de la rue. Zone commerciale toute proche. Les petits bémols, qui ne m'empêcheraient pas de revenir : l'isolation phonique (la dame de la chambre d'au dessus qui chante à tue-tête sous sa douche ne devrait pas s'inscrire à The Voice...), l'odeur de peinture dans la chambre, le savon qui pourrait être en distributeur pour plus de praticité, la poignée de la porte difficile à utiliser pour moi qui ait des tendinites, le fait de devoir demander à activer le chauffage à l'accueil (j'imagine que des gens n'oseraient pas demander et penseraient que les radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas, il faudrait donc le savoir en arrivant) Je reviendrai avec plaisir
