“Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air. Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. We were served local cuisine. Location is super convenient, with just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Close to a major shopping center hub in harbor view.……

“Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played……

“Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in this home from Dec 23- Jan 7th. Let’s start off by saying the owner Natalie is so sweet and respectful. Inside was so nice and clean, it was very spacious and felt like home. Natalie and her family treated us as if we were her family they were all very welcoming, and if I had any questions or concerns she always was a phone call away. In the area there is a mall and other activities to do things. When we come back for vacation we will definitely book……

“The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there.”

“The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again!”

“Thasheca gave clear details about the expectations for entering and leaving the property, how to use the appliances, etc within the apartment, as well as how to find reasonably priced places around town. She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years (……

“Definitely a little off the beating path. The apartments is a short drive up hill but the privacy and security the came with being off the beating path was well worth it. Thanks for a wonderful experience.”

“Lovely staff. Great customer service from the get-go. Quiet and peaceful location. Clean room with all the necessities. Our room had a spacious balcony with a great view of the sea. Meals were delicious and reasonable. Will definitely stay again.”
