“The beach is amazing, the people and staff are so kind and helpful!! The bed was very uncomfortable sadly, and we didn’t sleep well at all. The hot water takes about 3-5 mins to come through the shower, but that’s a minor detail really. Everything was really wonderful! I recommend this place (maybe they’ll get new beds)! ”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. “The coolest part about the penthouse is the view and waking up to the sounds of the waves. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, was interesting. You can hear the noise from the corner bar which didn't bother me. I actually thought it was great because the rooms were so peaceful but there's so much happening downstairs that if you wanted to, you can go and grab a beer and watch a soccer game with some locals. “This is a tricky review to write as some things about Sweetfield Manor were very good but others were not. Firstly, the place advertises itself as a 5 star boutique hotel, boutique is correct, 5 star definitely not. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower room.
