You will appreciate the courtyard with its view of the swimming pool no heated, equipped with garden furniture, sunbathing and a parasol. Near the Port of Saint Martin de Ré, shops and restaurant. Easy pickup of keys and instructions . Property in great location and clean ( except for a few clothes tags left in wardrobe drawer ) patio area could be weeded and would make a better impression on arrival. Downstairs is basic and needing updating but a nice modern upstairs bedroom. The agency answered questions quite promptly by email but when asked how you get access to the pool area which had a gate with a lock on it we were told we would need to see some ‘ manager’ …..and they don’t know about the pool. The house is advertised with a communal pool so there should be instructions on access. Ends up you put your hand through to the other side of lock and open it from the inside !! And where we were supposed to find a manager I wouldn’t have a clue as never a soul for 5 days in the entire complex. Be aware no Wi fi either.

Trés bon séjour.

Un appartement conforme à la description, très bien équipé (lave linge et lave vaisselle), et super pratique le linge de maison disponible. Il est bien placé et nous sommes ravis. Si vous souhaitez le rendre encore plus agréable, un petit grill électrique et un ventillo (il fait très chaud à l'étage comme il n'y a pas d'ouverture) seraient parfaits. Nous reviendrons, ce fût une location parfaite. L'agence pour les clé est accueillante et arrangeante. Un grand merci.
