Terrace in the garden and covered enclosed terrace on the 1st floor for relaxing. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, large living room with wood-burning stove (sofa convertible into a 2-person bed), library, shower room with toilet. Upstairs, landing with sofa bed, connected TV, numerous toys and board games for all ages, child safety gates at staircase. One bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 that can be twinned into 1 bed 180x200 and its private bathroom (shower and wc); one bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 that can be twinned into 1 bed 160x200 and its private bathroom (bath and wc) + direct access to the covered terrace; one bedroom with a bed 140x190, desk and its private toilet (wc and washbasin).
All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen with beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, wood and end-of-stay cleaning included.
A perfect location for nature lovers, with numerous hiking and biking trails, water sports (canoeing, kayaking, rafting, hydrospeed...), swimming in rivers and lakes (Etang du Goulot in Lormes, Lac du Crescent, Lac de Chaumeçon...).
