"We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"We were a family of 6 in all ages and had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house and epic surroundings. The pool was very nice with a view to the beautiful surrounding mountains. The house is big with many different places to sit and enjoy the view or just the silence in the little town."

"Pros: La casa era molto caratteristica, legno naturale e un camino che riscaldava parte dell'appartamento. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Cons: Nel villaggio non ci sono punti di ristoro e supermercati, spostarsi di almeno 20 minuti. "Le logement est idéalement situé au dessus de St Pierre de Chartreuse, en contrebas d'une petite route peu passante. Le jardin est adapté pour les jeunes enfants, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Un endroit idéale pour décourvrir la Chartreuse."

"Top locatie en heel fijn huis. Midden in dorp, bij water, fietsverhuur, bar/restaurant, maar toch rustig gelegen. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Er zijn nog wat kleine puntjes die op de i mogen worden gezet, al gemeld aan de beheerder. Deze waren haar al bekend. Ongeving is prachtig om te fietsen, mountainbiken of wandelen. Het meer is leuk om te suppen of kanoen. Echt aan het strand liggen kun je niet geel leuk. Daar hadden ze wel wat leukerd van kunnen maken. Gelukkig loop je in 2 minuten...

Chauffage dans chaque pièce, cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, cafetière, four, .. installations.recentes, propres et modernes. Propriétaire sympa avec bonne communication. "Das alte Haus in der Dorfmitte ist sehr einfach, teilweise ungemütlich. Es wurde mit einfachen Mittel nur bedingt saniert. Das Haus war überwiegend sauber, die Heizung aber staubig und voller Spinnweben. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war nicht nutzbar. In den Schränken der Küche waren mit überflüssiges Equipment (Tischdecken, Deko, Uralt-Raclette) vollgestopft. Das Bad war einfach. Der Kontakt zur zuständigen Ansprechpartnerin war gut, sie war sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Die Kaution war mit...
