The cottage is located in the countryside with a large private enclosed garden, just 15 minutes from Laval. You'll appreciate the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV, and Wi-Fi. History buffs will appreciate the Mayenne region, a region of the Chouanerie, and the Jean Chouan Museum is 1.5 km from the cottage.
Shops are located in the center of St Ouen des Toits, 2.5 km away (full grocery store, bakery, restaurants) or in Bourgneuf la Forêt (4 km).
Numerous hiking trails (PR) are within 400 m of the cottage and the surrounding villages.
