「Hot water in bathroom only enough for one person shower. The heater in bathroom doesn't work. All these promblems cannot be solved. Moreover, the white female staff wasn't helpful at all!!」

「Globalement satisfaite du séjour, les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et équipées. Qualité de la literie excellente. Je déplore uniquement le bruit du réfrigérateur (prévoir un réfrigérateur silencieux paraît plus logique dans une chambre dans l’esprit appart’hotel 😉. Petit déjeuner plutôt sympathique.」

「第一次填寫住酒店的感受, 因為此間酒店實在太差. 當check-in後, 發現房間是沒有收拾(枕頭上還有血漬), 廁所毛巾還在地上, 花灑頭壞了. 我們跟接待處反映了. 他們亦答應在我們晚上回酒店前把所有問題解決. 當我們回到酒店, 看到雖然毛巾收拾好, 床也弄得整齊. 但枕頭上的血漬還在 而且 水龍頭也沒有維修好. 當時馬上告知接待處 他們竟然回答”sorry, I can’t help you. You need to wait until tomorrow.” 態度非常差！！ 」

「Bien placé, mais l’hôtel est derrière un bâtiment donc il a été difficile à trouver. De plus l’itinéraire depuis l’application ne mène pas au bon endroit…」

「great location near Paris 7 university.The hotel is clean and the staffs are nice. I lived in the 6th floor where the carpet of the hall way is old and broken.This is the only thing I can complain.」
