Redelijk goed appartement, onderhoud kan beter. Voordeur slecht schilderwerk. Morsige slaapbank met vlekken. Koelkast zonder vriesgedeelte (vervelend als het erg warm is) en deur ging niet open naar links, maar naar rechts. Dat had andersom gemoeten voor de bereikbaarheid. Je kon zien dat het blok niet goed ingemeten was, gewoon tussen de muren gepropt, waardoor de laden niet goed sloten. Bed niet meer van deze tijd een bak van 140x200 omkleed met stof. Bodem was van houten planken met daarover een bekleding, dun matras dus planken waren goed voelbaar en veroorzaakte rugpijn bij beiden. Hebben zelf een topdek gekocht en die erop gelegd zodat probleem verholpen was.

Op zich niets echt op te merken dat niet in orde was maar de verwachtingen lagen toch hoger vrij kleine accommodatie (met kartonnen wanden), zwembad dat véél te klein is in vergelijking met het aantal aanwezige appartementen, geen drankgelegenheid, ... Daardoor is het voor ons toch een beetje tegengevallen.
