The living and dining room offers additional sleeping capacity through 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, with 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat-screen television. This convivial space opens directly onto a large north-facing balcony of 8 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a scenic view of the mountains. The 1 dedicated bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin and shower, forming one of the 2 bathrooms available in the apartment.
