You can fully enjoy its private, secure pool, its hot tub, and the tranquility of the surroundings.

This bright, newly built villa features spacious rooms and includes:

The Route des Tamarins is less than 5 minutes away and serves as a starting point for exploring the west, south, and north of the island.

Proof of vacation liability insurance will be required at the time of booking.

A tourist tax will be collected upon your arrival (paid to the municipality)
The rate is €1.50 per night per adult (tourist tax rate for a 4-star furnished apartment)
In accordance with Article L2333-29 of the CGCT, “the tourist tax is levied on individuals who are not domiciled in the municipality and who do not own a residence there that would make them liable for the housing tax.”
The taxpayer pays the tourist tax to the accommodation provider, who will remit the full amount of taxes collected to the local authority on the taxpayer’s behalf.
The exemptions provided for in Article L2333-31 of the CGCT upon presentation of supporting documentation are:
Minors
Holders of a seasonal employment contract employed by the TCO
Individuals receiving emergency housing or temporary relocation
