From the villa, you’ll have quick access to numerous hiking trails (including the legendary Cirque de Mafate); the beautiful Boucan Canot beach is 25 minutes away, and the lagoon is just a little further.

Accommodation

The 220-square-meter villa features two living rooms and two spacious kitchens. On either side of the house, you’ll find two huge terraces made of exotic wood, each with its own beautiful natural-stone pool offering breathtaking ocean views. One is heated to 28 degrees (in winter), while the second, cooler one is ideal for returning from hikes.
Inside the villa, you’ll find 6 bedrooms (3 of which have private bathrooms) as well as 2 shared bathrooms.
Below the main house, on the garden level, you’ll also find a completely separate apartment (approximately 50 m²) with a living room/kitchen, bedroom, office, and bathroom. This apartment also features its own terrace with an ocean view.

In the garden, you’ll find a fire pit area with benches for an evening by the fire.
Numerous fruit trees are planted on the 1,800 m² property, and depending on the season, you can enjoy their fruits for breakfast or upon returning from your excursions (passion fruit, tangors, pomelos, guavas, dragon fruit (pitaya), figs...)
