Gros potentiel mais laissé dans son jus !

Gros potentiel compte tenu de sa situation à ( minutes du centre, bars et restaurants. Calme. Place de parking.Très fonctionnel. Malheureusement cet appartement est laissé dans son jus, limite malpropreté. Salle de bain désuète dont la plomberie est en dessous de tout. Cuisine idem avec installation électrique douteuse. Quant à la propreté, on se demande à quoi sert le forfait ménage compris dans la location. Quel dommage car avec un peu d'investissement çà ferait une superbe location dont le prix pourrait être largement majoré. Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne la recommande pas.

Grosse Fuite d’eau au niveau des toilettes non résolues par la propriétaire pendant 19 jours ce qui nous a obligé à remplir un seau d’eau pour évacuer nos selles à chaque utilisation Remontrance de la propriétaire au niveau de la climatisation Prises de courant arrachées des murs très dangereux Absence : vélos / cafetière Nespresso Baignoire pas de bonde pour prendre un bain Colonne de douche non fonctionnelle Le studio mériterait un lifting

Location correspondant à l'annonce du propriétaire,proche du port de plaisance et de la plage surveillée. Le plus du logement me lave linge très utile,le logement mériterait un coup de peinture,mais il est propre.

Location de 3 semaines pour 1 personne conforme aux descriptif Tout peux se faire à pieds même pour allé à la plage. Très bonne communication par mail avec la propriétaire. Très bonne accueil de Martine qui est super sympas qui s occupe de la remise des clés et qui est disponible si besoin ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir Myriam

Joli studio très agréable

Le studio est conforme à l'annonce, bien aménagé, bien placé par rapport au centre ville, commerces, restaurants et plage, avec une terrasse très appréciable. La propriétaire répond vite, très sympa et la personne qui nous acceuillis également, très disponible. Nous avons eu un soucis de douche rapidement réglé ! Rien à dire, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour !!

Nous avons passé trois semaines sympathiques dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnelle si vous êtes 2. Tout petit bémol sur le canapé un peu dure à mon goût. Mais la localisation est très bonne. Tout à proximité. Merci pour le séjour.

Studio et son jardinet

Un accueil très agréable par Martine qui a été très souple sur notre horaire d’entrée dans le studio. Un espace extérieur aussi agréable que l’intérieur avec étendoir à linge et mobilier pour prendre les repas. Une cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bains baignoire et WC sèche cheveux du luxe! Copropriété sécurisée avec parking privé couvert, le tt à 8 mn à pieds des commerces et restaurants, de la Marina avec poissons frais, clubs de plongées et la casa pains boulangerie excellente avec entre autre ses macatias aux pépites de chocolat. Ravis de notre séjour.

Hébergement très agréable et très fonctionnel. Tout peut se faire à pied: plage,aller chercher le pain , boire un verre. Tres bon accueil par Martine. On reviendra!!!!

Un appartement bien placé dans une résidence calme

Premier point Google Maps situe mal l'adresse de la résidence , l'appartement est bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville de St Gilles et de la première boulangerie ( qui propose du bon pain ) . Je n'ai eu qu'un contact téléphonique avec la propriétaire ( qui ma foi semble bien sympathique ) et c'est Martine , chargée du nettoyage , qui m'a remit les clés et présenté le logement. Ce logement est conforme au descriptif , très propre , tranquille une fois les fenêtres fermées car nous ne sommes pas loin de la route N1 A, pas de nuisance sonore la nuit, donc bon sommeil assuré. Le parking est un emplacement ombré , donc la voiture est au frais, ce qui est un avantage . Nous sommes restés trois semaines, , nous aurions bien aimé avoir un petit four pour cuisiner un peu plus. La terrasse est agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner , il manque une lumière extérieure pour en profiter le soir ( il faisait nuit à 18 h ). Un bon rapport qualité / prix

Parfait

De l’accueil jusqu’au service inclus dans le logement tout était parfait. Appartement propre situé à 5min du centre ville à pied. La clim, la wifi, la télé, la petite cour, et la machine à laver, ajoutent un vrai plus à cet appartement où nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Le seul petit point sur lequel nous pouvons redire quelque chose : Il manque juste un petit éclairage dehors pour profiter de nos soirées sur la terrasse. Je recommande vivement.
