  • Charming all mod cons villa for 6 to 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), 1500 sqm South oriented plot, directly on the seashore with linen and bicycles included. The Saint-Philibert beach is 15 min walking. Baby furniture (chair and pushchair), garden furniture, BBQ available. All shops and services close by. Villa located in Saint-Philibert, a few km away from La Trinité sur mer and Carnac. Ideal for family holidays in a favoured area allowing all types of touristic and cultural leisure, tours and sports activities.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit sehr grossem Grundstück und Blick auf den Meeresarm vor der Tür. Wir und unser Pudel haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und in der 2. Woche ein befreundetes Ehepaar beherbergt.Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ultraschnelles WLAN. 2 große Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach. SEHR zu empfehlen!

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und sehr groß.Es sind sehr viele Spiele vorhanden. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist erfreulich reichlich.Wunderschön die kleine Kapelle direkt neben dem Grundstück. Hin und wieder finden Hochzeiten, Taufen und Beerdigungen statt. Das haben wir sehr genossen.Wir möchten das Haus sehr gerne wieder mieten.

SUPER MAISON

Emplacement idéal avec vu sur le bras de mer qui se vidait au grès des marées. Etant du sud-ouest on avait l'impression d'être au bord du bassin d'Arcachon avec les ostréiculteurs à côté de la maison en plus. Maison très confortable où rien ne manquait pour notre séjour.

Le calme

Nous sommes des habitués de la Bretagne et des locations de vacances. Celle-ci nous a particulièrement plu. L'environnement est très agréable et c'est extrêmement calme et reposant. Idéal également pour les enfants qui disposent d'un grand jardin bien clôturé pour s'amuser. Bref, nous y reviendrons sans problème.

Schöner Blick auf Ebbe und Flut

Das sehr ruhig gelegene Haus bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Meeresarm von Saint Philibert und fasziniert durch den Wechsel von Ebbe und Flut. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für mehrere Personen sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit vor allem für Kinder. Die Betreuung durch Carole Philippe war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Le bonheur

En famille nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’oiseau bleu . La maison où on se sent comme chez soi (voire mieux si je regarde les batteries de cuisine!), l’immense jardin, le cadre fabuleux face à la mer près d’une petite chapelle et juste à côté d’ostréiculteurs. Les promenades alentours sont nombreuses et le golfe du Morbihan est magnifique. Dommage de devoir en partir … mais nous reviendrons !!!

"Notre petit paradis"

Chaque année depuis 7 ans, nous profitons des plaisirs de l'oiseau Bleu avec toujours autant de joie. La beauté du paysage -quelque soit le temps-nous ravit toujours autant. La convivialité de la maison et ses aménagements, la gentillesse du propriétaire (toujours à l'écoute) en font le lieu parfait pour des vacances familiales. Les avantages : le linge de maison fourni, les vélos à disposition, le grand jardin clos, la proximité des petits commerces du village et un très bon ostréiculteur à 200m de la maison pour un séjour breton parfait !

Perfect vacation place

The house is chamingly old-fashioned, but clean, well-equiped and comfortable. (The refrigerators could benefit from an upgrade, however.) The location is lovely, an island of calm away from the flood of summer vacationers and tourists. It is adjacent, however, to the village park, which hosts some noisy, crowded events, as well as outdoor masses connected with the beautiful chapel next door. We did not find these disturbances too frequent or unruly to distract from the otherwise perfectly pleasant surroundings. Thanks to Arnaud and hism family for sharing their wonderful home.

Hervorragend

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und der Garten ist ein Traum. Komplett eingezäunt (zum großen Teil mit einer schönen alten Mauer) ist es ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern oder Hund. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser. Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet alles, was man braucht, sehr angenehm. - Die freundliche Verwalterin war jederzeit erreichbar und reagierte bei Fragen sofort. Der Bäcker ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ein großer Intermarché befindet sich in 3 km Entfernung. Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus beginnen lassen, Sandstrände sind zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder per Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Saint-Philibert ist ein ausgezeichneter, sehr zentraler Standort für Fahrten in die Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée .Electro ménager en parfait état : 2 frigos lave linge sèche linge très appreciables .Beaucoup d équipement dans la cuisine : robots,cafetières , nombreuses casseroles, poêles, moules à gâteaux .Il y a de nombreux livres à disposition : on sent que c est une maison de famille qui a été habitée et est très chaleureuse .Vue magnifique sur la rivière de saint Philibert Grand Jardin arboré et fleuri très agréable .La communication avec mr Morel (le propriétaire )et Mme Le Bohec (qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité ) a été très fluide et efficace .Nous avons apprécié la proximité du village pour aller à pied à la boulangerie et de la rivière pour faire du paddle des plages à 1km.L emplacement de la maison est idéal et plein de charme avec la magnifique chapelle et la petite place du village où ont eu lieu 2 concerts en plein air pendant notre séjour .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
