St Philibert, a commune in the heart of the Quiberon Bay, open to Belle Ile, Houat and Hoëdic, occupies a privileged place on the southern coastline of Morbihan with its heritage: pond, sandy beaches, small chapel by the water, pine woods, numerous hiking trails.
The small town of Saint-Philibert is 11 km from Carnac, 4 km from the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer. Shops 200 m away and beach approximately 2 km.
3-star*** house on one level, 81m² with approximately 600m² enclosed garden with garden furniture. WIFI
Living-dining room of 37 m² with dining area and door opening onto the garden, living area, TV, bay window opening onto terrace and garden (South).
Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est bien située pour découvrir le golf du Morbihan. La location est très bien équipée, tout s'y trouve. Cette location très bien clôturée est à recommander.

Petit coin tranquille
ST Philibert est une jolie commune fleurie et calme avec quelques commerces dont un très bon boulanger. Près de la plage et des villes un peu plus animées comme la Trinité et Carnac. De nombreux sites a visiter dans les environs et de nombreuses balades à pied.
En juin, c'est une période ideale.

Très bon séjour.
Maison très bien située pour découvrir la région, pour aller à pied dans le petit bourg de St philibert, conforme à l'annonce, maison très bien équipée, dans un quartier calme, avec de la place pour se garer facilement . Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Juste la literie des petits lits de la chambre bleue reste peu confortable.

Belles vacances en Bretagne
Maison propre, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Quartier calme. Emplacement idéal avec commerces de proximité et accès rapides aux différentes routes pour visiter.

Maison idéale pour familles avec un chien
Très bon emplacement et maison bien équipée avec un jardin bien adapté aux jeux d'enfants. Seul bémol : dès la première soirée, nous avons malheureusement pu constater la présence de blattes dans la maison. Ils sont littéralement tombés dans notre assiettes pendant le repas... et plus tard ma fille en a trouvé une dans son lit!Dommage que l'agence a refoulé notre proposition de faire faire une desinsectisation pour remédier au gène lors de notre appel! Apparemment, c'est normal d'avoir ce genre d'animaux domestiques dans les maison bretonnes!
