LA Grange - St-pierre-d'albigny

Terraced house (access via 100m of stony road cleared of snow in winter). Duplex gîte on the 1st + 2nd floors (level access from parking lot / house on the slope). Living room, kitchen, lounge (1 single bed), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 140 x 190cm), bathroom (corner bath). Balcony terrace and gravel terrace on the ground floor of the house. Large private gravel courtyard and vast private natural land of 1ha (meadows). Sheets included, beds made and towels included. Total floor space: 90m² including attic areas. Carefully renovated 18th century country farm, located in the "Heart of Savoie" 25 km from Albertville, 32 km from the slopes and 3.5 km from the developed and monitored lake of Carouge. Warm and spacious gîte located in a quiet hamlet in the foothills of the Massif des Bauges and at the gates of the Regional Natural Park. The sheltered balcony terrace allows you to enjoy the panorama of the massif and the valley. The cottage is however close to shops and services in Saint-Pierre d'Albigny. Spacious charming cottage nestled in a renovated 18th century country farm. The cottage offers 2 hectares of natural land and a sheltered balcony terrace allowing you to enjoy the panorama. Ideal for a nature and rejuvenation stay with the family. Calm and rest guaranteed! The environment offers numerous outdoor and cultural activities near the lodge. In particular family ski resorts, swimming pools and lakes designed for wake-boarding and the Miolans castle. Privileged location in the Heart of Savoie, on the foothills of the Bauges massif and the route of the Combe de Savoie wine route.
