Im Herzen von St Pierre gelegen, ist dieses Appartement ein echtes Schmuckstück. Top ausgestattet und sehr sauber; hier kann man wirklich tolle Urlaubstage verbringen. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Bel appartement

Hébergement très confortable, bien équipé, où l'on se sent bien immédiatement. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner à vélo. Marc s'est montré très accommodant quant à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Stéphanie nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Perfekt ausgestattete schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut hat uns der große Balkon gefallen, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man immer zwischen Sonne und Schatten wechseln konnte. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind alle wichtigen Einrichtungen, wie Bank, Restaurants und Läden zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Staint Piere vom 01.-08.10,2022

Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Hauptgeschäftsstrasse und es war kein Verkehrlärm zu hören. Toll!!! Der dazugehörige Parkplatz machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung besticht durch eine sehr beeindruckende Küchenausstattung, ferner ist die Raumaufteilung optimal und die Räume sind alle mit Heizkörpern ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung in St. Pierre

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Eine Woche Radeln und Baden auf der Ile d`Oleron.

Schöne Lage am Rande der Fussgängerzone. Küche komplett eingerichtet. Schöner Balkon. Eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort, wg. Schlüsselübergabe. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Ideaal op één punt na

Het appartement is perfect uitgerust en gezellig ingericht. Het balkon is een meerwaarde (vanaf de middag in de schaduw). Op zich was het appartement ideaal gelegen. In het centrum van het stadje en toch rustig. Alleen hebben we 's nachts heel veel last gehad van het lawaai van de overburen (luide muziek, luidruchtige feestjes). Dat heeft ons minstens 5 keer (op twee weken) tot drie uur 's nachts uit onze slaap gehouden.

Moderne und stilvolle Unterkunft

Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Moderne Inneneinrichtung mit einem langen, über die gesamte Länge des Apartments reichenden Balkon. Sehr gute Schlafzimmer. Wohnraum, Küchen- und Sanitärbereiche sind hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist auch erwähnenswert. Ebenso ist die sehr freundliche und kompetente Hausverwaltung erwähnenswert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Ile d' Oleron

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem großen Balkon mit Morgensonne und Abendsonne, aber keiner heißen Mittagssonne. Dadurch sehr angenehm. Sehr schöne neue Küche, der es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Bequemes Sofa im Wohnbereich und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Betten auf denen man gut schlafen kann. Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort durch Mitarbeiterin Myriam. Gesamturteil: TOP!

Un endroit à recommander absolument

Appartement impeccable, où rien ne manque, très bien situé au coeur de Saint Pierre d'Oléron tout en étant au calme. Accueil chaleureux de Myriam. C'est simple : on se sent attendu et tout de suite comme chez soi. Un plus : le parking privé.

rien à redire : bon contact avec le propriétaire, super accueil malgré notre heure tardive. L appartement est superbe. Lumineux, beau et grand balcon. Tres propre, vous y êtes comme chez vous. rien ne manque, c est parfait et en plus un parking privé. Marché, boulangerie, commerces .. à 1 minute à pied. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement très soigné et bien situé.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement à la décoration raffinée et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite « comme à la maison ». L’accueil par Myriam est irréprochable et très sympathique. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal : dans une petite rue au calme, parking privé et à 2 pas du centre et des rues piétonnes de Saint-Pierre. Un cadeau de bienvenue vient compléter l’évidente délicatesse de nos hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous recommandons vivement la location de Marc qui est à la fois extrêmement bien située et très agréable. L'aménagement comme la décoration sont très appréciables et l'on s'y sens rapidement très à l'aise. L'accueil très pro et le petit cadeau de bienvenu très attentionné. Bref, un très bon plan !

Location au top, appartement très agréable avec une grande terrasse, au coeur de l'île. Très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et très bien décoré. Place de parking, commerces à proximité sans que se soit bruyant... Excellent séjour.

J'ai tout de suite senti à l'arrivée que cet appartement n'était pas un simple lieu de vacances de passage : en effet, il est très bien équipé (tout est là pour bien cuisiner mais pas seulement), tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien, ce qui a été notre cas, c'est une adresse que je garde précieusement car elle présente en outre l'avantage d'être très bien placée (dans le centre névralgique de St Pierre) et de posséder une terrasse ainsi qu'une place de parking.

Accueil sympa avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. L'appartement est quasiment neuf et très propre. Situé en plein centre avec tous les commerces à proximité, mais très calme malgré tout. Excellent séjour comme à la maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. En outre, l'emplacement est idéal car à deux minutes de zone piétonne et du marché et central pour découvrir l'île d'oleron. Enfin, l'accueil était tres chaleureux avec en outre une petite attention. En définitive, on peut venir les yeux fermés dans cette location et j'y reviendrai si je dois revenir sur l'île.
