Lovely property with great open plan living and facilities. It was nice and close to the harbour front with its bars and restaurants. The supermarket was nearby too. The pool was a good size and deep. It was very much needed to cool off in as the weather was fantastic while we stayed there.The owner was great, you could text him and he would get back to you promptly. He sent us lots of recommendations for places to eat and shop which was great. A few things that would have made our holiday perfect would have been a couple more sunbeds as there were 6 of us, some parasols to protect from the sun and air conditioning upstairs as it was very hot on a night. We would definitely recommend this property and the lovely little village of Portivy with its fabulous sunsets and coastal walks.

Wonderful Portivy holiday property!

Superbly furnished and equipped property with an impeccable location mere seconds from the dining and bars of Portivy. The welcome tour from neighbiur Cathy was warm, comprehensive and friendly. Great facilities, and we’ll definitely look to return in the future!

The holiday home is very well located in beautiful Portiviy. The harbor is within walking distance. The view and the pool are fantastic. Communication with the host was also very pleasant and straightforward.However, parts of the house are quite dated and would benefit from renovation. Cleanliness left much to be desired, in the bathrooms and toilets. Given the high price, this should not be the case.We still had a lovely stay. Please improve Cleanliness!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Blick und wir haben die große Terrasse und den traumhaften Pool sehr genossen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Sitzlandschaft und interessanten Lampen bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in einer super Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Ambiente des Hauses ist typisch, man spürt noch die Historie aber auf dem neuesten technischen Stand. Es fehlt an nichts, hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen.Die Kommunikation mit Patrick Roland und der Hausdame ist hervorragend..Wir werden gerne wiederkommen !

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm. Bei Fragen haben wir schnell ausführliche Auskunft erhalten. Trotz durchwachsenem Wetter hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Insbesondere der große Wohnbereich mit dem Tischkicker und bei passendem Wetter der Pool haben uns gefallen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nur 3 Minuten vom kleinen Hafen entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Belle location

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée.Elle est proche du port et de la plage et elle est située dans un endroit calme propice a la quiétude.La salle principale est un véritable lieu de vie pour la famille.Piscine chauffée de belles dimensions.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette demeure.Nous conseillons vivement.

An sich ein tolles Objekt, aber das Haus hätte sauberer sein können, Dunstabzug, Backofen verdreckt. Man merkt das der Eigentümer die Betreuung des Hauses nicht selber macht!

Maison confortable et très bien équipée, rien ne manque.Environnement calme et belle situation, à proximité immédiate de la côte sauvage et ses belles balades à pied.La communication avec Patrick est rapide et fluide, l'accueil par Cathy est parfait.Bref, tout est fait pour un séjour agréable et sans soucis, je recommande vivement cette location.

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick

Ein schönes Haus mit Charakter, mit tollem Pool und wunderbarem Meerblick. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Mit mehreren Autos ist die Parkplatzsituation in der Saison etwas schwierig. Der Ort selbst ist nett und hat tolle Restaurants zu bieten. Die Abwicklung mit Patrick und Cathy war einfach und sie waren immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen!

Bel emplacement et belle maison

L’emplacement de la maison à quelques pas du petit port de Portivy et sur la côte sauvage est top et la maison très agréable - grande pièce de vie, terrasses et piscine Un petit bémol serait le manque de rangements pour les arrivants (ceux existants sont déjà bien remplis et 1 portant par chambre serai le bien venu)
