Location charmante

Nous avons trouvé la location bien placée et idéale pour un groupe (5 familles) en intérieur (grandes pièces de vie) et en extérieur (petite cour avec tables). Fabrice le propriétaire est très accueillant. Point d'amélioration peut-être, mettre plus de couverts et de verres en cuisine.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Nous sommes venus à 11 personnes pour 3 nuits à la Chaloupe fin décembre. Nous avons payé 1780€ auxquels il a fallu rajouter (sans que cela soit indiqué sur le site Abritel) 100€ en option pour le linge et 150€ obligatoires pour le ménage des chambres uniquement (càd qu'il fallait quand même faire le ménage des pièces principales), Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont spacieux mais assez défraichis. Côté chambres, les 2 à l'étage sont très correctes mais les 4 extérieures sont très inconfortables et humides, voire insalubres. Il y en a même une sans WC ni salle de bain (seulement 1 évier en inox...) alors qu'elles sont indépendantes et donnent sur la cour (pas de photos de ces chambres sur le site Abritel). Problèmes de sécurité : Un escalier extérieur glissant et sans rampe, assez dangereux Installation électrique compliquée voire dangereuse, les lumières de la cuisine reliées directement au tableau électrique et que l'on doit manœuvrer aux disjoncteurs Des lave-vaisselles en hauteur mais non fixés, entre autres ... En conclusion : nous ne sommes absolument pas satisfaits, le tarif est exorbitant en regard de la prestation fournie.

Our family holiday in Quiberon

We found the property was in an amazing position a short walk from a delightful beach BUT it was in need of renovation and very run down. The cooker was not working properly and was badly in need of a thorough clean..or preferably replacement, and the cutlery was inadequate. All the frying pans were nonstick and scratched so that we could bit use them. The showers were in e sorry state with dirty grouting and very dirty shower curtains. We saw a rat running across the kitchen floor. All in all we felt it was over priced and would like to have compensation of at least 500euros.

Grand gîte très bien situé

Malentendus sur le petit déjeuner inclu....mais propriétaire plutôt arrangeant pour laisser des affaires après l’heure de départ. Annonce qui prête sans doute à confusion : linge de lit et de toilette NON fournis pour la prestation gîte Pas de contrat de location Enfant des propriétaires qui ne fait pas ses nuits ....(et qui dort juste au dessus !)

grande deception dû faite d une grande negligeance de votre part

nous avons passes des bonnes vacances ;mais pas grace a Abrite lqui n avait fait aucune reservation pour nous a la chaloupe Kerostein en Bretagne mais qui avait encaissè le paiement depuis le mois d Avril pour juillet.Mr SY de la chaloupe et intervenu .Pour nous loger ailleurs mais nous n avions pas de cuisine ce qui nous a occasionnès des frais de restauration supplementaire ;je vous demande une reparation financiere a hauteur de 250 e dans l attente de votre reponse recevez mes salutations PS: je vous precise que venant de Marseille 1200kms votre erreur nous a fortement perturbés

Que du bonheur !

Un hébergement propre, simple et vraiment charmant. Des hôtes aux petits soins pour leurs clients, de la bonne humeur et toujours l'envie de faire plaisir. La presqu'île de Quiberon sans La Chaloupe, c'est comme une crêpe sans cidre ! J'y reviendrai et vous recommande vivement cette adresse.

Un hébergement propre, simple et absolument charmant entre côte sauvage et plage plus calme de la baie. Mais ce que l'on retient avant tout, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et tellement sympathique de Fabrice et Soizic ! on a beaucoup ri, on s'est régalé tous les soirs : la presqu'ile de Quiberon sans la Chaloupe, c'est un peu comme un crêpe sans une bolée de cidre. C'est certain, j'aurai envie d'y retourner !

Conforme et tres bien accueillis

Tout est conforme aux descriptions faites par les différents sites. Fabrice et sa compagne Soizic sont très sympa et veillent continuellement au bien être de leurs hôtes. Quant la météo est bonne, des activités nautiques telles que pêche, plongée, ski nautique, ballade en bateau, ... sont possible.

excellent week-end à la chaloupe

Chez Fabrice , l'acceuil est très convivial , dés l'arrivée nous sommes tous invités à l'apéro , avec des spécialités du pays ( rillettes de thon, vernis,ect...) ensuite nous passons à la table d'hôte ou nous avons eu l'occasion de déguster un excellent et copieux plateau de fruit de mer avec une tablée des plus sympathique.Les chambres sont agréables et décorées avec goût .Une adresse que nous retiendrons et que nous ferons partagées a nos amis .Encore un grand merçi Fabrice. Tres bonnes vacances dans une tres belle region, beaucoup de choses a faire.(merci a Fabrice pour ses talents de guide touristique et pour le tour en bateau) On s'est regalé aux tables d'hotes dans une ambiance vraiment conviviale. Mignone petite chambre, vivement l'année prochaine!
