När vi kom dit, trodde man att det var ett övergivet motell. Elen hade gått när vi kom dit och elen kom inte tillbaka före dagen efter. Mögel och smuts i sovrum, blev erbjuden 3 olika rum men alla var totalt katastrof!!. Spring därifrån!!!

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever been to! The rooms were roasting hot! The doors didn’t open or lock! The out of hours check in didn’t work! The rooms were absolutely leaping (disgusting) the bedding was stained! It was thaf bad we left and slept in the car! we didn’t even stay and we all left itching! In the process of getting my money back! Someone enjoyed it as when we arrived him and his partner were moaning out loud in delight!!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Dodgy, loud clientele, dirty & poorly maintained rooms that stank of cigarettes & a very run down exterior. I was surprised my motorcycle was still there in the morning! Positive points are the room had a heater, so I could dry my wet gear, the shower was warmish & sort of worked, the bed was comfy & sheets were clean. Also the lady who checked me in was nice & helpful & there’s a great bar 2 mins away (La Kaverne) Bar is recommended, hotel is not!

Franchement, très désus oreiller qui sont pas bons, matelas, vraiment à jeter la douche n'est pas vraiment propre artouillir c'est ma première et dernière expérience. Faut bien investir changer les matelas et laver les oreillettes qu'on sa sent la crasse comme ça

Do not stay here

Do not stay here! This hotel is used for all the tradesmen in the area: rooms stank of smoke and there were men standing around the car park watching us the entire time. The room was not clean and had smoke stains and holes on the bedding. Not worth the money you’d save, just go somewhere else.

We arrived very late and found the self check in kiosk didn't work. We eventually got through to an attendant who came and organised key cards for us. Luckily he hadn't left before we tried to access our rooms as these cards didn't work, he sorted this out but the whole check in process took around 45 minutes at 3am so it wasn't the best experience. The attendant was nice and helpful; the rooms were very basic but clean.

equipe d accueil : personnel souriant attentif serviable et très aimable. helas, bien que le radiateur ait été réglé par la personne de l accueil celui ci n'a pas fonctionné de la nuit.!!! glagla lit et propreté corrects. le bloc douche fonctionne bien mais l aspect extérieur est défraîchi.

Worst hotel in Saint Quentin

Absolute disaster! Bedroom and bathroom door locks were broken. Had to move to a different hotel. Will be expecting a full refund!

Ein Hotelzimmer, was man nicht bekommt!

Check-In nach 21 Uhr nur mit Automat möglich, der aber nicht funktioniert und die Hilfshotline ebenso nicht. Das Hotel ist ein einziger Betrug! Hotels.com war bisher bei der Erstattung des Betrags auch nicht sehr hilfreich. Bloß nicht buchen. Anderen Familien ging es am gleichen Abend auch so...
