「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」

「The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. 」

「They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc」

「Advertised as hotel but is actually on one floor of an old apartment building. Bathroom plumbing caused toxic septic smell throughout entire stay.」

「海邊，火車站...不算近，但步行可至，也有餐廳，超市，基本是方便的 房間清潔。至於如何維持清潔是住客基本責任，住這種公寓酒店是常識。 隔音不算好。」

「Keine Geschirrspüler. Für mich persönlich sehr schlecht. Küche klein unbequem zum kochen, nur zum aufwärmen von speisen geeignet.Kühlschrank mikig Mücken überall. Haben was dagegen gekauft, hilft nicht ganz so gut. Ausblick-ein Traum, Schwimmbad super, strand in der Nähe gut zufuss ereichbar.」

「L'arrivé se fait en autonomie grace a un code transmis par le propriétaire, très pratique pour une arrivée tardive. Chambre tres propre, lit confortable. Nous avons eut besoin de quelque chose et nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui a été tres réactif et a su répondre immédiatement a notre demande. Il y a un frigo a disposition dans le couloir, pratique! Je recommande.」
