  • Beautiful apartment block, 2 storeys. Dans le Parc Santa Lucia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 4 km, bakery 150 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Saint-Raphael" 3 km, sandy beach "Plage de la Péguière" 1 km, rocky beach "Calanque du Fournas" 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Rapahel 4 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Littoral 50 m, Esterel 10 km, Dramont 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.

Small balcony 12 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Schöne Lage

Eine für eine Familie mit Schulkindern gut geeignete Wohnung an guter Lage. Nahe gelegener Kiesstrand hübsch und ruhig. Distanz zum Sandstrand eher gross. Ausstattung gut, ausreichend Platz. Die Betten könnten bequemer (härter :-)) )sein.

Super vacances dans un cadre idyllique. Accueil Abritel-Interhome excellent. Bravo! On espère revenir le plus vite possible.

Schöne und ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön hell. Sie hat 5 große Fenster mit teilweise Schiebetüren mit Rollläden. Ein Balkon ist leider mit Außentreppe versehen und daher zugänglich. Da die Grundstückstür defekt war, fanden wir das etwas unsicher. Die gesamte Gegend ist großräumig durch Zugangstore für allgemeinen Verkehr nicht zugänglich. TV ist nur französisch, Bettwäsche war nicht ausreichend. Information zur Wohnung fehlten.

Better if advised

We picked up the key from the locked box. The front page was written in French and we don’t write/ speak French as notified and advised throughout our correspondence. We were not advised that this was a gated community and so when google took us to a locked gate without a code or key we stuffed around for nearly an hour until after discussions with 3 locals and phone call to our French son in law got it sorted. We actually had the electronic gate key in our sealed envelope however was unaware.
