  • Port Fréjus: Residence "Port d'Attache", 6 storeys. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Shop, grocery 200 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 60 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 2 km, sandy beach "plage de fréjus" 400 m. Sports harbour 20 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
    2-room apartment 31 m2 on 6th floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Balcony 15 m2, north-east facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 41, height 190 cm, width 250 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Agreable

A l'ombre toute la journée, Très bruyant par la circulation, manque machine à laver le linge. Malheureusement pour nous nous avons eu 4 jours de panne d'ascenseur (du samedi au mardi) pour un 6ème étage. Par contre très bien d'avoir un parking privé couvert. Une super proximité de la mer et des commerces. Pas pu ou pas su faire fonctionner la climatisation.

Wie im Angebot erwähnt, gab es keine Waschmaschine und keinen Geschirrspüler. Dies erwies sich als unangenehm.

Apparemment très bien équipé

Très bien situé à 2 mn du port et 5 de la plage Vraiment très bien équipé : sèche-cheveux fer à repasser beau mobilier de balcon grand étendoir four micro onde / grill Climatisation au top et silencieuse très utile car impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes / trop de bruit Literie juste confortable / top en doublant les matelas ÉNORME POINT NOIR : l’ascenseur !!!! Un bruit infernal car machinerie donne sur la chambre donc dès 7:00 impossible de dormir La porte à la fermeture est un vrai couperet / s’arrête n’importe quel étage et pas toujours celui demandé / reste bloquée à mi-ouverture Bref je reviendrai avec plaisir mais pitié !! Faites qq chose pour cet ascenseur !!!!! 😡😡😡

Byt je v čistém domě, je prostorný, kuchyň s obývákem, ložnice amalá ložnička typu palanda a2 m2 a krasný velmi prostorný balkón s opravdu nádherným výhledem. Jezdím do Francie často a byl jsem spokojen. K moři je to cca 5 min chůze.

Very happy clients!

Ideally located property to access the port area, supermarket, restaurants & local beaches. Approximately 25 minutes walking brings you to the old town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this apartment & would very happily return.

La struttura è fresca, pulita e confortevole sia per spazi che per arredi con accessori disponibili, ha un balcone grande attrzzato,comodo per 4 persone il posto auto è utilissimo La spiaggia é raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi a un passo dai ristoranti e negozi
