The room was clean but it was not speicified in the booking that toilets and showers are communal which was a problem. Breakfast did not have much choices.

Conforme au classement de l'Etablissement

très bon accueil, personnel souriant et attentif, hôtel calme et propre, conforme au classement une étoile. bon dépannage pour se reposer une nuit avant de repartir mais j'avoue préférer avoir une salle de bain avec toilettes privatives d'autant plus que la lumière au-dessus du lavabo faisait un peu défaut. Très acceptable pour le prix

Nach Renovierung ok und empfehlenswert für 1 Nacht

F1-Hotels sind eigentlich immer mir schrecklich in Erinnerung, aber nach der Renovierung mit eigenem Bad sind die Zimmer zwar immer noch klein, einfach und hellhörig, aber vom Design und Komfort ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, aber auskömmlich und gut organisiert. Es wird nachgefüllt und direkt dreckiges Geschirr geputzt. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Expérience très décevante. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois personnes, mais tout donnait l’impression qu’on dérangeait. Les portes qui claquent sans arrêt à cause des poignées non amorties : nuit très bruyante, impossible de bien dormir. Climatisation inefficace : en plein mois de juin, à trois dans la chambre, il faisait une chaleur étouffante. Le lit du haut n’était pas fait. On a juste trouvé une pochette balancée sur le lit, avec un drap, une couette, une serviette. Pas de housse, pas de présentation. À 3h du matin, quand on vient juste pour quelques heures de repos, devoir faire soi-même le lit, c’est franchement inadmissible. L’accès au lit superposé est mal conçu et il est impossible de poser ou recharger son téléphone. Aucune prise à portée, aucun espace utile. Matelas très dur, sommeil inconfortable. Toilettes et douches communes pas très propres, ce qui rend l’ensemble peu agréable, même si on s’y attendait. Petit-déjeuner très limité, avec peu de choix pour un prix qui n’est pas justifié. Je savais que c’était un hôtel économique, mais là c’était médiocre sur presque toute la ligne. On a eu l’impression d’être juste un numéro. Je ne recommande pas.

Nous avons réserver une chambre pour un week-end couple avec un nourrisson, nous avons prit une chambre avec la climatisation. La Clim ne marcher pas ( avec un bébé ) cela n’est pas possible sachant qu’il faisait extrêmement chaud. Nous demandons à être rembourser ou de changer de chambre. Ils nous répondent que ceci est IMPOSSIBLE. De mauvaise foi mais aussi très désagréable le dialogue avec la responsable était juste à vomir

Il était indiqué une salle de bain dans le descriptif mais en arrivant à l'hôtel pas de SDB. Comme par hasard une autre chambre vient de se libérer mais il faut repayer un supplément de 18 € à partir du tarif plein. Donc pour un F1 une chambre à plus de 80€... La personne au comptoir fait mine d'appeler le service client mais en fait il valide la chambre alors que je lui dit que nous annulions pour non conformité. En plus l'accueil était glauque et sale

Très bonne accueil , chambre petite mais très bien décoré, cheveux retrouver dans la douche . Chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre clim allumer mais pas l'air frais qui sort , obliger d'entrouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air frais ... Mon fils de 3 ans ne supportant pas la chaleur ne s'est pas endormi avant 1h du matin . Les gens claque les portent mais malheureusement l'établissement n'ai pas en cause du non respect de ses clients .

Le plus de ce F1: Son personnel !

S'il s'agit d'un F1, celui-ci se distingue néanmoins des autres avec ses services novateurs comme la chambre cabrio qui permet pour 12€de plus d'avoir la douche dans sa chambre. Malgré un lit au confort à revoir et qui grince, le vrai plus de l'hôtel c'est son personnel , des gérants a l'employé, tous ont été au petit soin pour moi et ont respecté à la lettre mes souhaits notamment d'avoir une chambre la plus silencieuse possible alors que d'autres enseignes plus honereuses n'ont eu que faire de mes souhaits. Vous serez chouchoutés au F1 de Roquebrune, bravo à toute l'équipe !
