Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison près de Fréjus.Le cadre est magnifique, calme et verdoyant, idéal pour se reposer.Le grand jardin de 1700 m2 offre beaucoup d'espace.La maison est propre, bien équipée très agréable à vivre.L'accueil est chaleureux et tout s'est déroulé sans aucun problème.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.- un vrai petit coin de paradis.

Leider ist unser Auto im Urlaub kaputt gegangen. Ohne Auto ist die Lage des Hauses mit einer Großfamilie und Einkäufen, Strandgängen etc. nicht erholsam.Die Serpentinen, die den Berg hinauf zur Siedlung führen, sind ohne Gehwege, und beim Fahrstil der Franzosen ein echtes Wagnis.Der Bus am Fuß des Berges fährt leider nur alle 2-3 Stunden zum Meer hinunter.Das Haus selber war zweckmäßig. Der Gastgeber überaus freundlich!

Der perfekte Rückzugsort

Das Haus war super schön, ideal mit Kindern und Hund. Großes Grundstück, perfekte Frühstücksterrasse und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Pool ist zwar in der Domain vorhanden und auch sehr schön, aber leider sehr weit weg - zu Fuß nicht wirklich machbar im Sommer. Das ist überhaupt das einzige Manko, dass man alles nur mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Aber wem das egal ist, der kann hier den perfekten Urlaub erleben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat auch prima und zeitnah geklappt. Um die Côte d‘Azur zu erkunden, liegt Fréjus sehr gut und zentral. Gern wieder!

Location pendant une semaine à l'occasion des vacances de paques. A cette période de l'année, nous n'avons profité que du logement pas de la piscine commune. Le logement est très agréable et confortable pour le côté jour (excellente luminosité, canapé...), la cuisine est assez étroite mais conforme aux photos. Le coin lecture serait plus agréable avec de petits fauteuils plutot que les tabourets. La coin nuit est en revanche, au sein de la maison relativement petit (adapté pour un couple avec enfant en bas age), la salle de bain nécessiterait qqes investissements pour limiter l'humidité. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la dépendance annexe. La principale critique concerne le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un logement mitoyen ce qui n'est pas spécifié dans l'annonce avec une connection coin nuit du logement avec le salon des voisins...

genoten van een mooie vakantie. Huisje rustig gelegen en mooi (gratis) zwembad in de buurt. Jammer dat het net te ver was om de afstand te voet te overbruggen. Wel centraal gelegen om een aantal andere uitstappen te doen.

Proche de tout location au calme place pour garé les voitures résidence sécurisée 10 min de la mer calanques a proximité possible de location de bateaux proche de tout activités accrobranche karting Aqualand ect location idéal pour des vacances en famille table de ping-pong sur place piscine dans la résidence je conseille on reviendra 🙂 propriétaire au top

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in den Hügeln über Fréjus

Wir waren Pfingsten zu fünft (inkl 2 Kindern 10+, der Oma und 2 Hunden) für 2 Wochen an der Cote d'azur. Dieses schöne Ferienhaus besteht aus 2 Gebäuden in einem wunderbaren mediterranen Garten. Privatsphäre garantiert und schön für eine schattige Siesta, wenn es am Strand zu heiß wird. Voll ausgestattet bis auf Bettwäsche und Handtücher, inkl Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Für uns die Ausgangsbasis für viele wunderbare Ausflüge in die Provence und entlang der Küste. Ohne Auto mMn nicht empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé une semaine bien agréable dans la maison de Frédéric. Elle était suffisamment spacieuse pour nous quatre, le jardin est un vrai atout ainsi que la situation dans le lotissement sécurisé. Frédéric a été à l’écoute dès que besoin. Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons

Merci beaucoup au propriétaire Frédéric pour sa grande réactivité suite à la demande d'infos que ce soit avant et pendant le séjour. La maison est très agréable, beaucoup de lumière, et l'extérieur a été très apprécié par les enfants, notamment grâce à la table de ping pong. Localisation parfaite pour sillonner autour de Fréjus et St Raphaël. Le fait que la résidence soit fermée apporte une sérennité au lieu qui doit être très appréciable l'été. Nous reviendrons.
