The villa is situated in a quiet, residential area with only villas at the end of a dead end road, approx. 150 meters from the Mediterranean and approx. 90 meters above the sea. Has a 46 m2 (8,04 x 5,69 m) swimming-pool constructed in 2017. The view from especially this villa is among the most beautiful along the whole Cote d'Azur-coast, with a quite extraordinary direct, free view over the sea (220 o), among other things over to Saint Tropez against west and against Cannes in east.
The built-on area of the villa is approx. 250 m2 on 2 floors (entrance on the 1st floor) and including very large terraces to the south (in 3 levels - potential possibility for the sun: from morning to dawn), carport (space for 2 cars) etc. is the total built-on area of the villa approx. 425 m2 on a 2,030 m2, partly landscape garden site, which slopes, steep downwards towards the sea.
The villa is equipped for up to 8 persons with 8 permanent beds (single beds) in 4 separate bedrooms, with a big dressing room to the master bedroom, 2 big bathrooms with a big cabinet shower in each, a big living room and a very big, open kitchen/dining room etc. The villa is thus ideal for a big family or for 2 families, who wants to rent it together.

Familienurlaub
Die Villa hat eine Mega-Aussicht auf das blaue Meer, der für die etwas abgeschiedene völlig Lage entschädigt. Das Haus hat einen einzigartigen Charme und liebevolles dänisches Design. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war schnell, zuvorkommend und unproblematisch. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt trotz des eher schlechten Wetters in diesem Jahr.

La vue est sublime depuis la maison.
Mais ……
En arrivant, nous avons trouvé la maison dans un état de saleté immonde (traces d’urines aux wc, touffes de cheveux dans les douches, portes collantes, sol plein de cheveux, lave vaisselle avec restes de nourriture, vaisselle salle dans les armoires……..)
De plus :
- les distances de l’annonce sont erronées car plage annoncée a 150 mètres mais en fait à plus de 1300 mètres
- boulangerie annoncée à 700 mètres mais en fait à plus de 1300 mètres
- la piscine à débordement ne fonctionne pas, du coup elle est toujours sale
- plusieurs transats sont cassés
- le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée et nous avons du attendre 2 jours pour que le technicien vienne
…….

Mindre mangler. Noen lys med defekte pærer, og den ene seteringen på toalettet var ødelagt. Forhenget på dusjene burde vært byttet. Mugg/fukt.. Små ting som ville gjort oppholdet komplett. Men en veldig bra plass!!

Great family holiday
We‘ve rented this house for one week for 3 families (8 persons). The stay there was really great. We enjoyed the large house, the large great terrace and most of all the pool and the wonderful view. We’ve already had other houses with sea view. But this was the best! We really had a fantastic week!
