  • Villa "Clos Romain", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 3.5 km from the centre of Les Issambres, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01. May. - 30. Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Saint-Raphael TGV" 16 km, sandy beach 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Les Issambres" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 3 km. Nearby attractions: Navette/Shuttle Boat St Tropez 20min 3.5 km, Aqualand waterpark 12 km, Saint-Tropez/Ramatuelle 23 km, Port-Grimaud 18 km, Sainte-Maxime 10 km, Gorges du Verdon 95 km. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Electric heating. Terrace 220 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Wir waren mit der Liegenschaft und der Lage sehr zufrieden. Die Küche v.a. der Herd samt Backofen hätte sauberer sein können. Sonst alles ok und gepflegt.

Tolles Haus mit Aussicht und grossem Poo

Das Haus und der gut ausgestattete Aussenbereich, aufgeteilt in vier Ebenen, die unterste mit Pool, ist zur Alleinnutzung. Ruhige Gegend. Tolle Aussicht. Auto erforderlich.Treppensteigen notwendig. Ein Schlafzimmer ist nur durch einen Abstellraum und das Bad begehbar oder aber von aussen durch die Terassentüre. War für uns nicht störend. Wir konnten diese Unterkunft mit dem grossem Pool absolut geniessen und uns erholen. Es gab keine Probleme.

Wonderful views

The views at this house are exceptional, both day and night. The outside furniture is functional but not luxurious and indoors is reasonably basic but has everything you need. Mattresses were hard but comfortable. There is an electric hotplate for outside cooking which worked well. This property would not suit anyone who can’t do lots of stairs/steps - for two bedrooms the pool is 3 flights of stairs away as the property is terraced and a car is essential as you are at the top of the hill.

Views are amazing

Villa is comfortable but on the basic side with furniture but has everything you need. Although basic, everything was in good condition. Views were amazing both day and night. This villa would not suit someone who can’t climb stairs as from 2 bedrooms to the pool it is a 3 flights of stairs climb. Definitely need a car as the villa is at the top of a very steep hill. There’s a Spar and the beach is about 8 mins drive. The room with 2 single beds doesn’t have air conditioning but we took a fan which helped keep it cool. There’s an electric hot plate for cooking outside which was great.

An dem Ausblick sieht man sich wirklich nie satt ! Egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Für Hunde genial, da wirklich sehr gut eingezäumt. Auto ist ein absolutes Muss. Pool etwas kühl. Dass jede Nacht die Mülltonnen von den Wildschweinen ausgeräumt werden, ist echt nervig! Die Nachbarn haben einbruchsichere Müllhäuser! Strände im Ort nicht für Hunde, außer einer und der ist ungepflegt! Hinter Saint Tropez sind Hunde an tollen Stränden willkommen. Achtung ! Poolboy kommt ohne Vorwarnung aufs Grundstück!

Traumhafter Blick

Tolles Haus mit super Meerblick. Die Fahrt zum Meer und Supermarkt dauert ca. 10 Minuten, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, gehobenen Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Küche. Toll ist auch, dass es für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer gibt. Pool durch Abdeckung und Pflege immer schön sauber. An dem Meerblick von der Terrasse aus, kann man sich nicht satt sehen. Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus.

Très belle villa avec vue incroyable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette belle villa très bien équipée. LeS points forts de cette villa sont les extérieurs et la vue magnifique sur la baie de St Tropez. La terrasse est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée. La piscine est très belle. Toute la villa est bien entretenue et très propre. La voiture est indispensable car la villa est dans les hauteurs et ça grimpe sévèrement.

geniale Aussicht

Tolles sauberes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Riesige Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht und Sonne bis abends um 9. Wanderwege fast direkt hinterm Haus. Leider konnten wir abends nicht mehr mit unserem Hund raus, da extrem viele Wildschweine unterwegs waren- auch bis zu unserem Garten hin. leider keine deutschen Fernsehsender... Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto mit Navi ... Fahrt runter in den Ort ca. 10 min.
