「Tout était parfait 」

「Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were some disappointing aspects. The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was good. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. During our visit, temperatures reached nearly 40°C, and being able to cool off in the pool made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. However, we found the staff to be rather unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. After showing us our room upon arrival, we had virtually no interaction...

「This B&B can only be reached by car. The room is clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They do not provide dinner but they will introduce the restaurants nearby. They own a vineyard. Guests are free to visit. They have a wine tasting session at 7 pm. The staff there explained their wine production in details. The wines are good. We have bought a few bottles from them. The breakfast was great. Surely will visit there again if we go to Bordeaux.」

「Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits . La climatisation était en panne et nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable car il avait fait 36°C dans la journée. L’hôtel ne nous a pas informé en amont de notre arrivée, pas prévenu lors du Check in, et lorsque nous leur avons signalé ils n’ont proposé aucune solution. Inadmissible !!!!」

The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.」
