“The apartment sits at the perfect location in the heart of the city with many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. The space is nice and perfect for a few people. I would absolutely stay here the next time that I visit Paris.”

“This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). It lacks spices as someone else pointed out but I have learned to always bring my own. Communication is excellent… probably the best I have ever had. Area is excellent for food and restaurants and……

“No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting”

“Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.”

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”
