「What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.」

We bought sheets and a blanket, Toilet handle was falling off. Smoke alarm had masking tape covering it, NEVER EVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WERE HOMELESS. It may not even be a step up. 「This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm!」

「We stayed here after a wedding in Hanover and it was the perfect place to wind down and relax in a clean comfortable space. The beds were really nice and comfortable with nice quality linens. The bathroom was clean- bring your own soap, no complimentary toiletries here. The kitchen was roomy and fun to cook breakfast in. Would definitely stay here again.」

「House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the...
