"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Isabelle was charming and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment...

"We thought this place was wonderful. The living/dining room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a balcony looking over the ruins of the nunnery and the town. Bed and bath were very nice, and I appreciated the washer. Caroline was helpful, and brought peaches from her garden: delicious. One caveat: 2nd floor means "climb 2 long flights of stairs"."

"The view is breathtaking. An unbelievable setting in the countryside. The apartment is conveniently located and easy to find, not far from other towns. The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom are roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked with amenities. "The apartment is absolutely charming and I certainly could have spent more time in magical Périgueux. I would suggest a better cleaning of the stairs leading up to the apartment as well as the entry leading to the stairs so as to remove the “pigeon presence.” Other than that, all was perfect!"

"Ester’s place is perfect. Lovely spacey accommodation with everything you need. The pool was a real highlight. Never crowded. Kids loved it. Boulangerie is literally a 30 second walk from the accommodation. There is a bar just a few mins walk away too. The area is beautiful with lots to do. We enjoyed visiting different lakes for swims and boat rides. Ester was the perfect host. We made eight stops throughout our France trip this year and Ester’s place was our absolute favourite."
