「Si nous avons un jour à retourner à La Roche-sur-Yon, nous savons d'ores et déjà ou poser nos valises. Comme le dit mon fils de 9 ans : "c'était trop bien dans l'hôtel, on a été bien accueilli !" 「The room had double aspect windows. It was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. Extra bedding was provided. There was a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't have a restaurant for evening meals. It had a bar. The breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as cereals, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, croissants, etc. The only thing which would have improved our stay would be to have a sign for the hotel at the end of the street. It was awkward...

「we stay here because its 17 mins drive from Puy du fou. The room is clean and comfort. Hotel is nice. But just one thing need to improve. when we need to ask some questions from receptionist sometimes is not easy. Beasue the phone cannot connect to reception, I went down to reception 2 times but always has people checking in. suggest 2 people in reception is better. 」

「The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge...
