Saint Tropez, apartment 150 m from the bouillabaisse beach.
In the heart of a small mazet, this charming apartment on the ground floor south facing is ideally located 50m from the beach bouillabaisse and 10 minutes walk from the mythical port of St Tropez.
The housing is equipped with a reversible air conditioning hot / cold.
It has wifi.
Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed 160x200 cm, a fully equipped kitchen (large oven, hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster ...). The adjoining bathroom in the living room is equipped with a toilet, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and first aid kit.
The floor consists of a mezzanine equipped with a large bed of 160x200 cm with dresser and storage cabinet.
It has a quiet and shaded terrace with garden furniture and electric grill. The living room can be quickly transformed into a dining room thanks to its large folding table and its 4 chairs.
Linen is provided for both beds (mattress protector, fitted sheets, duvet covers, duvets, pillows, pillow protectors + pillowcases).
Bath linen (large and small bath towels, gloves, bath mats).
Kitchen: Tea towel and hand towel
An arrival kit is at your disposal (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, pod for the washing machine, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, 4 pods for coffee machine + sugar).
Access of travelers:
This mazet is located in a quiet and residential area. Access is secured by a barrier with digital code. Possibility to park for free in the enclosure of the mazet or at the level of the entry.
Other remarks:
In the immediate vicinity you have shops, pizzeria, sushi, wine cellar, coffee ...
5 minutes towards the old port you will find two supermarkets U-express and Monoprix open 7/7 from 9:00 to 20:00
The market of St Tropez is Tuesday and Saturday morning.
At 500 m from the apartment on the road to the beaches towards Ramatuelle, you will find the Pierre Philippot tennis club and scooter rental.
It's forbidden:
To smoke in the apartment and organize parties.

Fantastic
Super little apartment. Very clean, very secure. Fantastic location! Apartment was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Quiet little outside courtyard area. Would have been nice to have outdoor BBQ/grill but otherwise it was super. I would highly recommend.

Petite maisonnette très agréable,fonctionnelle.Hôte à l'écoute et disponible.

Super Unterkunft in Saint Tropez
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön gelegen, nur 2 Min vom Strand entfernt. Dazu gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich der Ferienwohnungen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bon emplacement
Très bon emplacement avec un accès rapide à la plage.
Cependant, un logement pas lumineux (qu’il fasse beau ou non), pas d’accès à internet et pas de télévision. De plus, des odeurs d’égout sont venues s’ajouter. Après en avoir alerter le propriétaire celui-ci nous a dit que c’était de la mauvaise foi.
