“Idéalement situé face à l'arrêt de bus (dont la ligne 4, très régulière, qui dessert l'hypercentre), l'appartement bénéficie de commerces de proximité (Coop, pharmacie, boulangerie, tabac-presse) et permet de rejoindre rapidement à pied le très joli Parc Victor Thuillat (faire un crochet par la rue de Lisbonne).
