Receptionist was excellent even we encountered booking problem (we booked two rooms but record only shown one, receptionist was helpful to correct after understood the situation. room is above average (we did stay in another ibis hotel days before but this ibis was better in all aspect.」

「We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong.
