"Our stay was okay, room was fine. Kids had fun in the pool indoors, two small outdoor spas, one of the two were working. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary. Not enough staff but I think it’s like that anywhere you go."

"La dame à la réception Cayla Dubois. Bête comme ses pieds. J'ai dû argumenter pour obtenir un service auquel j'avais droit, juste parce qu'elle ne voulait pas se donner la peine et quand elle a fini par le faire, ça lui a pris 5 minutes. Ensuite elle m'a chargé 357$ pour une chambre qui était au maximum 196$ plus taxe, juste parce qu'elle était frustrée. Une autre dame trés gentille., Augustine a dû rectifier le tout. Les autres personnels ont toujours été trés gentils , chaque fois que j'y suis allée. Petite suggestion: À l'air où les gens vont au Tim, Starbuck etc pour de grand café, il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour pouvoir avoir plus que 2 gorgées, avec les petites machines qui ne comblent qu'une minorité de gens. Les portes de chambres sont aussi mal insonorisées mais j'aime quand meme cette hôtel. Merci. Dans la douche, derrière la petite tablette, il y avait de moisissure."
