Cosy, clean flat with stunning view

The apartment was very clean and had many useful amenities. The view is stunning and the location is very peaceful, 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the town centre. Perfect stay!

Super séjour L appartement est très joli, propre, fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu il faut dans le moindre détail. La vue est magnifique. La terrasse est très agréable et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances dans l'appartement, qui est idéalement placé dans sainte luce. Il y a une trés belle vue sur la mer avec de trés belles plages a cinq minutes a pied, Le village est également tout proche. L'appartement est tres bien équipé pour un couple, avec la chambre climatisée (heureusement) Nous avons été trés bien reçus avec Laurence qui nous a donné de trés bons conseils, et nous accueilli avec une bouteille de planteur et quelques courses pour notre petit déjeuner. Vous pouvez louer sans hésiter de plus Sainte luce est pour moi le meilleur emplacementsur l'île pour partir a l'est comme a l'ouest, et a gardé son authenticité avec son marché de fruit de poissons, ses petits restaurants pied dans l'eau ses petits commerces... etc. Merci Jean guy

Une disponibilité et un accueil chaleureux de Laurence avec de belles attentions pour toute la famille. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé,fonctionnel, propre avec une literie au top. La vue est splendide,proche des commerces tout en étant au calme. A coup sûr notre pied-a-terre dès notre prochain voyage en Martinique. Logement très bien équipé, très bien situé. Communication parfaite avec loueurs. Se réveiller le matin avec la vue ..descendre à pied pour se baigner à Gros raisins , super. Dommage que la pompe à chaleur de la clim soit placée en terrasse/pièce. Demande un peu d'organisation. Pas rédhibitoire.

Excellente location

Location très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied, 7mn environ du centre ville de Sainte Luce où il y a tout (boulanger, superette, bar, restaurant, etc..). 3mn environ de la 1ere petite plage er également 3mn du parcours de santé qui est absolument à faire car il nous emmène sur d'autre petites plages et les vues sont magnifiques. Quand à l'appartement rien à dire, il y a tout le confort nécessaire avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et sur le centre ville. Appartement très propre. Merci à Laurence pour ce magnifique accueil. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Comme sur l'annonce

Juste parfait. Excellent état. Emplacement idéal, pas de bruit à 1 rue de la plage et à côté du centre typique de St Luce. Entièrement équipé pour pouvoir profiter au maximum (petit déjeuner, grand frigo, plaque, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge) Nous on a tout aimé et on a été super bien accueillis avec du punch et tout ce qu'il fallait. Réponse rapide et prise en charge top correspondante aux informations échangées. Peut être le seul point négatif : devoir fermer le rideau métallique la nuit, il manquerait peut être des rideaux occultants dans la chambre (on a pas pensé à en parler lors de l'état des lieux de sortie) On souhaite vraiment à l'agence que les futurs occupants conservent en l'état l'appartement car c'est vraiment un appartement très agréable et si on devait revenir on reviendrait sans hésiter ici.
