The dishwasher, refrigerator, and all bins must be emptied and cleaned. If the property is not properly maintained, extra cleaning fees may be deducted from your deposit and charged according to the time spent.
Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking, and eating in the bedrooms is prohibited.
Bed linen rental (sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels) is available for an extra charge, payable on site.
