Located in Sainte Marie De Ré, La Noue, 4 star villa with swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, new bedding. New decoration. Exp. South, 2 beds of 160x200m. 2 140x190 beds, 2 90x190 beds, a bathroom and two shower rooms, 3 separate toilets, living room with fireplace and 2 leather sofas, wooden terrace to the south, covered terrace with barbecue, large garage with sanitary facilities 300m from the sea and shops.
Cleaning and included in the rental price.
The cost of renting household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels)
are extra if you wish, 195 € for one week and 370 € for two weeks.

Alles war perfekt entsprechend der Anzeige. Vermieter aufmerksam. Bettwäsche muss man allerdings dazu buchen.

The house is quite old and noise is easily heard. The swimming pool is cool for kids under 12. We loved it because of the space in the house and garden and the quiet area. Thanks for the memories!

Super location calme proche commerces et mer

Idéalement située sur l’île, la villa est parfaite pour 8 à 10 personnes. Très bien équipée, grand jardin clos, 2 terrasses, cour pour les voitures, espace de rangement pour les vélos. Un accueil chaleureux, tout était parfait. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Just exactly what you need!

The property is excellently located and has sufficient space and amenities to cater for 8 people comfortably and 10 if you have younger children- not babies. The pool is immaculately well kept and a few things like the hedge positioning and outside shower and toilet for pool use make this a fantastic place to stay for your trip to Ile de Re! Bike hire and easily accessible bike paths throughout the island and the La Noue market a very short distance away, leave your with very little to think about except enjoying your time getting around! Well stocked kitchen and outside space with shade (part of that from the hedge I mentioned) means you can delight in the sun or hide in the shade, while still staying sociable. Thank you Jacques and Dominique, it was a true pleasure!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. pas de surprise sur l'offre mentionné dans l'annonce.

La propriété est adaptée pour une dizaine de personnes. Très bon équipement, beau terrain, piscine, barbecue, lave et sèche linge, télé, chaîne audio, commerces et marché à proximité. Seul bémol, le prix de la location.

Very convenient, well appointed and well kept. Owner was vey obliging and friendly. Plenty of space.

Family holiday. Six adults and three small children/babies. House and Ile de Re ideal for us. La Noue a charming village on the outskirts of St Marie de Re. We would certainly think of going again.
