Zero stars, do not stay here. The listing, when I booked, stated entire home. It is in fact, a dark basement suite with the owner living above you and freely looking over the pool. There is only AC in 4 bedrooms. No AC in main living area and it is damn hot, especially in this summer heat wave. Manager told me to “open the doors and let breeze through” -in 40 deg heat!One bedroom AC stinks badly of mold. One ‘bedroom’ is an old living room with old stinky pull out couch. There is a door there to the owners unit that lets in their smoke and cooking smells. There is no lock or security on your side, so the owner has interior free access to where you are staying. The exterior everywhere is absolutely heaving with ants and these ants make their way inside through large door gaps and the walls. They were crawling on us while in bed and sitting on the couch. They got in to our bags, even when placed off the ground. Shower temp alternates between blazing hot and cold, and goes down to a trickle, prob when the owner is running water upstairs. The ice maker is noisy and goes all night. No TP given. Old thin towels. Property manager was late to meet and let us in. We did not use 5th room which is completely separate and around the house. It looks ok but has strong off-gassing smells. Had to stay one night because we arrived late afternoon and could not find anywhere else until next morning. Owner is refusing a refund even though there are material mis-representations in the listing.
