I was assigned a room with noise and dust in the construction site, and I had to decide if I didn't sell it or if it was thoughtful. The staff didn't respond very well to this situation, and I was extremely displeased with the supervisor's attitude toward my complaint. I was constantly told that I should pay more for upgrades in the superior room than actively responding to other alternatives.
Is there any traveler who wants to travel with the view of the construction site, noise, and dust throughout the three-night trip? Shouldn't we change our position and think from the perspective of the traveler and sell the room?
It was unpleasant throughout the three-night schedule and I will never travel to Saipan PIC again.
Even though I was assigned a room with such unfavorable conditions, I did not receive any guidance or consideration. After a series of complaints, I was finally assigned a room close to the elevator.
PIC is a family-bound resort. I have confirmed that the resort is uninteresting even with a 3-year-old child. I have been filming construction views and noisy views and I will share this with my acquaintances. I have been assigned rooms with construction noise and dust, and I have to make sure these rooms are not for sale or were considered. The staff did not actively deal with the situation, and the supervisor's attitude toward my complaint was very unpleasant.
