“It is comfortable and every room got a view of the ocean, you can see the sunset everyday, that's a plus. The room is clean and spacious, we have two people and somehow there are two beds in our room, one king and one twin, but there is still lots of space. They only have two pools and a beach now, as the others (tennis court, waterslides or water park) were destroyed by the storm last fall. “At first there were no replacement towels available, but they were quickly provided over the phone. The staff was always willing to help. The building is a little old, but it was clean and easy to spend time in. I would stay at this hotel again.”

“Location of hotel maybe not great, but the area is quiet, good choice for couples staying. Shuttle bus from hotel to downtown area every hour, so for not renting a car is still fine. There is a swimming pool with island bar and a beach with some decorations for couples taking photos. Good there honestly is not really nice, especially grilled seafood, staff were friendly but rather rushing to close the restaurant even still an hour from closing time which was quite disappointed ”

“What I like: hotel price rate was reasonable; location is great; casino $10 daily coupon; What I didn't like: Staff customer service; non-friendly like Limited in amenities No ice machine; paid a $1 for a cup of ice from restaurant in hotel; Limited house keeping services; cleaning only M/W/F/SAT; this was not explained when I checked in the hotel; paid $50 cash deposit without receipt given by staff; smoking by guest and staff was allow smoke at door entrance area; outlets was not working……

“Staff are kind and helpful. Food in the supermarket was good. Room was clean, but the mattress was not so comfortable and a thicker blanket could do a better job. It is too rigid to check-in only after 3, otherwise additional fee would be charged.”
