"Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu."

"The resort first of all is quite overpriced. The ski ticket machine at the hotel didn’t work and caused us a lot time to get a refund. The hotel allows non guest skiers to access the ski slope through the hotel lobby. At times the lobby was filled with hundred of people. It’s a complete chaos. The concierge, hotel staff and the guest elevators were occupied non guest skiiers. It’s a complete nightmare for hotel guests. I’m utterly disappointed!!"
