The property it self is great. The room is very spacious. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to everything. Location is in the neighborhood area so very quiet and safe. Will definitely come back and recommend.

It is right above a metro/subway and big grocery stores. 15 minutes walk from Osaka train station.
30 minutes walk to Dotonbori. 45 minutes to Osaka castle. Friendly and helpful staff. Room size is big with high end bathroom products.
Will stay here again.

Desk staff was friendly and professional, though the house keeping help was on their phone at times, standing in the hallway. House keeping did not consistently give the Japanese style greeting to guests. No gym, no self serve laundry.

Rooms where clean and spacious well at least for one person. Amenities inside the hotel are very convenient. They have a 7-Eleven, a laundromat, and a pool and spa. For those who like to work out they have a gym but it's not free.

Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise.
