Laundry is the best. Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. It’s just the moldy smell inside the bathroom. It was clean and can’t see any mold but the smell was there. We had to turn on the exhaust fan for a while and yet every time we entered bathroom, we could still smell it. Other that that, it was great.

The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was an overall great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Screen Hotel. The hotel has a unique character and atmosphere that made our visit memorable. We especially loved the restaurant—the dinner was truly outstanding and worthy of a five-star rating. The food, presentation, and service were all exceptional. We highly recommend both the hotel and its restaurant to anyone looking for a special experience.

Amazing hotel to stay in, in Osaka. Great location and the hotel has everything you need. The rooms are a great size. I wished I had spent my first 2 nights here. The only thing that let it down, is that there wasn’t any staff for our late check-in at 22:30. They give you a code to use in the panel of the door to get in to the actual reception, if no one is there. But ours wasn’t working, and if it wasn’t for other guests leaving or going in, I don’t know what we would have done. As we’re traveling and on travel Esims, I couldn’t call anyone. And would have had to wait for a reply by messaging. Other than that, the perfect hotel.
