「We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.」

「Had booked for 3 people . Towels , soap etc only provided for 2 . They did provide upon asking but after an hour or so .Hotel was fully booked so that might have been a one time thing.Breakfast coffee had something floating in it. Lots of flies in the breakfast area . Rainy season have to be careful since road was partly flooded . But that seems to be an area problem even main road had pockets of flooding .positives staff are friendly and attentive . 」

「The property is in Metro station, if your flight lands after Metro closes, there is no way to get to the property. We landed at 3 am and had to go round and round, get through an underground parking and taking a lift inside the closed Metro station, unsure if that was allowed. Took 20 MK s to check in, more document copies than immigration!」

「Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food.」

「 I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!」

「Deceiving and dated. The hotel location was completely different. From the map it was shown it was easily 30 min to 45min depending on the traffic. When inquired about this with the GM he responded it is expedia issue which was a strange answer. At a minimum this needs to be updated. Rooms were just okay, some maintenance issues, but reasonably clean. The only consolation was the breakfast and other staff members who were nice.」
